Leadership Team

Donald and his wife, Rachel have been in ministry for nearly 25 years. In 2005, they started along with a group of core members, City of Hope Church in Manchester, Ky. where they served as Pastors until April of 2020. Having received the call of God to take the gospel to the nations. Bro. Donald has traveled to 17 different countries around the world planting churches and training leaders. Since 2010, over 139 churches have been planted in the unreached areas of Rwanda, Uganda, Congo, and South Sudan. He recently became the President and Director of C3 Global Network. Donald and Rachel have been married for 23 years and have 5 children who are the joy of their lives.
