C3 is an apostolic network of like minded Churches, Ministries and Ministers that value people and honors the importance of having a strong relational connection. Our Goal is to Raise Up Leaders and to Plant Churches in the Unreached Areas of the World. C3 was formed in response to numerous requests to provide a Spiritual Covering for Churches and Ministries to Connect the Family together as a Whole and to provide Continuance for the Heritage we have been given through our spiritual fathers.
We believe Real success is generational transformation that glorifies the Father and grows the family. There are too many churches functioning like spiritual factories producing performance-based ministers and ministries with an orphaned heart. That is why we focus our efforts in helping churches and individuals develop spiritual families that reproduce sons and daughters who live a promise-based life and ministry of generational transformation.
Our prayer for you is that you would experience the joy of generational transformation through the covering, connection, and continuance of the family of God.
What We Do
Covering is not control!
“He will restore the hearts of the fathers to their children
and the hearts of the children to their fathers so that I will not come
and smite the land with a curse.” Malachi 4:6
The world and the church are overrun by the curse of fatherlessness. Prisons and pulpits are both occupied by orphaned hearts. The heart cry of C3 is to restore the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the children to their fathers.
“I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you. For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers…”
1 Corinthians 4:14-15 (NKJV)
Teachers are a vital part of kingdom living in the New Testament. Thank God for the teachers that He sends to equip the body for ministry. Our Teacher sends us teachers. Our Father sends us fathers. Fathers will teach, but not every teacher will father. Teachers provide curriculum and communicate lessons, but fathers provide a spiritual covering.
Covering is a combination of…
- Protection through prayer-based mentorship
- Connection through family-based fellowship
- Correction through love-based relationship
- Direction through truth-based discipleship
Covering is not denominational, but relational. You do not take a vote on who your father is. It is not something that needs to be forced, simply found. Your heavenly Father will help you recognize the covering of fatherhood He is providing you.
Covering is focused on releasing generations to go beyond, rise above, and reach their God-given destiny. You do not have to leave your current denominational affiliation to experience the relational covering of C3.
Connection is not comparison!
“Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, running down on the beard, the beard of Aaron, running down on the edge of his garments.” Psalm 133:1-2
We do not compare ourselves to one another, but prepare ourselves for one another. We have the right to brotherly connection because we have the same Father. We are family!
Unity is not uniformity. There is diversity within the Spirit of unity. We may walk in one heart and one mind, yet have variety within our specific assignments.
One is too small a number for greatness. We are truly better together! Two are better than one. We are a brotherhood, a band of brothers who function as a family reproducing generations for the kingdom of God. We pray for and guard one another as we grow the family.

Continuance is not competition!
“For He established a testimony in Jacob, And appointed a law in Israel, Which He commanded our fathers, That they should make them known to their children; That the generation to come might know them, The children who would be born, That they may arise and declare them to their children, That they may set their hope in God, And not forget the works of God, But keep His commandments” Psalm 78:5-7
Our success is in raising up successors. Our goal is generational transformation. We are called to release generations to dig their own wells, pray their own prayers, sing their own songs, and run their own race.
We are to lead them to embrace their God-given history, equip them to take responsibility, and empower them to fulfill their God-given destiny.
Moses raised up Joshua and the people prevailed. Judges chapter two reveals that Joshua failed to raise up the next generation. They did not know the Lord, nor the work which He had done. The next generation did evil in the sight of God, and entered into the seasons of Judges.
The fruit of a fatherhood is sonship. Our ceiling becomes their floor. They will not fight the enemies we have defeated, and they will defeat enemies we did not have to face.
We live to release the next generations. We are not spiritual factories producing religious robots, we are spiritual families reproducing sonship for generational transformation.

Ministry Development Course
The C3 Ministry Development Course is designed to equip the local church family to prepare generations for transformation. Men and women will receive training for ministry foundations, ministry development, leadership development, and ordination for pastoral leadership.

Membership
We have the same Heavenly Father, and share in relationship with the same spiritual fathers and family. We share in fatherhood, brotherhood, and sonship. The C3 family is a broader connection of the local church family. This is a partnership for multiplying kingdom ministry geographically and generationally.
